BRINGING BETTER TO MOTHER’S DAY

Three months before Mother's Day, Arrivals + Departures gave us a task: Find a retirement home, target a group of women living inside whose children now live far away, and surprise them by flying them in for Mother’s Day. In one of the most exciting and emotionally rewarding videos we’ve had the opportunity to work on, we went into a retirement home in Moncton under the guise of filming a documentary about Mother's Day. We spent a day interview women we had pre-selected and on the following day held a thank you dinner for them.

Little did they know that waiting just outside the door was a selection of their loved ones ready to spend the holiday with them.
